    • On the agreed day, I will respond with a thoughtful, detailed email, offering guidance, reflection, and questions to help you explore your thoughts more deeply.
    • Each email response is carefully crafted, taking about an hour of focused time to provide you with meaningful insight.
  3. Weekly Email Exchange:
    • Sessions occur weekly. We will set specific days for you to send your message, and for me to reply.
    • The consistent rhythm of weekly exchanges helps maintain momentum and progress.
  4. Reflection and Growth:
    • Writing your thoughts and reflecting on my responses allows you to work through challenges, build resilience, and explore philosophical questions in a calm and mindful way.
    • You can use colors, fonts, and even add images to express yourself however you feel comfortable.
